The vision of the Men of Color Alliance is to create a pipeline of minority men who are equipped with the necessary skills to spark the desire for lifelong character development and professional achievement; all in hopes to increase the presence of creating sustainable support and figures in systems in higher education. 

The crucial objective of MOCA is to ensure the barriers and obstacles of systematic racism and higher education complexities do not stifle the expansion and trajectory of the minority, male students within the space of American society.
