The Men of Color Alliance (MOCA) was founded on December 14, 2018 at Rowan University in Edgewood Park Apartments dormitory.

The first General Body Meeting was held in Savitz Hall–21 Young Men attended. 

MOCA became recognized and chartered by Rowan University on February 29, 2020

The Men of Color Alliance has a proven track record of  producing leaders who went onto serve as campus leaders in prominent organizations such as the Student Government Association, NAACP, Black Student Union, The Office of the Provost, and many more.

The organization was founded by undergrad students Michael Nash, Brock Thomas, Naledge Brown, and Chase Campbell.
