Our first annual pinning ceremony was held on April 27, 2024, to recognize the hard work and dedication of our Rowan University eBoard and first cohort class. Nineteen young men were inducted into the organization on February 1, 2024. With the help of our 11 collegiate leadership members, the 2023-2024 school year was a tremendous success. These young men have consistently demonstrated excellence, execution, and leadership.

This year alone, MOCA Men have hosted 25 joint programs throughout the fall and spring semesters. Membership has increased by an impressive 337.5%. These men have maintained a 96% program retention rate and have assisted several members in obtaining external engagement opportunities that have led to significant personal growth and development.
