Michael D. Nash II, Chief Executive Officer, is the founding President and graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Nash formerly served as a Legislative Aide for Senator Troy Singleton in Moorestown, NJ. He recently became employed by Rowan University, where he serves as a Strategic Systems Analyst for the Office of the Provost.
Brock W. Thomas, Chief Financial Officer, is the founding treasurer and co chairman of MOCA and graduate of Rowan University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Minor in Business Management & Leadership. Mr. Thomas currently serves as a full time financial figure for both The Men of Color Alliance & a private firm. He also serves as the treasurer of the Southern Burlington County Chapter of the NAACP.
Naledge L. Brown, Chief Creative Officer, is a founding member of The Men of Color Alliance. Mr. Brown currently works as a Mental Health Technician at Northbrook Behavioral Health. Additionally, Brown is currently enrolled in an accelerated nursing program at Rutgers University.
Jameel J. Muhammad, Chief Strategy Officer, is the newest member of the MOCA Executive Board. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Rowan University. Jameel has a history of working for exceptional leaders in the New Jersey Governor's Office, on Capitol Hill, and with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. Jameel currently serves as the Chairman of MOCA Board of Directors.
